The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which had           
been held over from the May 10, 1997, calendar (page 1834), would              
be moved to the bottom of the calendar:

"An Act making, amending, and repealing capital and other                     
appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and                 
providing for an effective date."
